NIGHTLY RESERVATIONS : 100% deposit is due at the time of reservation. An email confirmation will be sent to you.
WEEKLY RESERVATIONS (7 NIGHTS OR MORE): 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, 50% remainder required 30 days prior. An email confirmation will be sent to you.
*Important: Weekly Reservations made online will be charged 100% deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY/REFUND POLICY
All RESERVATIONS: by booking with us you agree to all policies below. Whether booked online or via phone. Whaleback Inn is a no-pets property.
NIGHTLY RESERVATIONS: Cancellation of one week or less from check in date, no refund will be issued. Cancellation between 8 days and 30 days of your check in date, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation of 30 days or more from your check in date, a flat $35 per booked unit cancellation fee will apply.
WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: (7 nights or more): Cancellation within 30 days of your check in date, no refund will be issued. Cancellation of 30 days or more from the date of your check in, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
Check in time is from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Other times by arrangement. Check out is 10 a.m.
Rates are based on double occupancy. Minimum stay required.
ALL SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED UPON AVAILABILITY
DAMAGE POLICY
Damages to any hotel property inside or outside, including but not limited to furniture, linens, walls, the grounds, will be charged according to the cost to repair or replace such damaged property.
