- Following state and federal guidelines and for the safety of our guests and staff, we will not enter your room for housekeeping. You may put trash in the can outside the Inglenook or place outside your room and we will pick it up. There are extra bags in the trash cans and if you need extras please call the front desk.
- If you need towels while you are here, please place dirty towels in trash bag and place outside your door. Call the front desk to let us know how many clean towels you need. We will deliver clean ones in a fresh bag and place outside your door and pick up the dirty ones. You can find the bags for this under your sink.
Please know your safety and enjoyment are paramount and we are regularly sanitizing all high-touch areas such as light switches, door handles, and tv remotes. We ask for the same respect and caution when you interact with other guests, staff, and our wider community – please keep proper distance, call ahead to any business you are planning to visit as many have protocols you need to know about or may not be open, and have masks handy as many places require them.
Our cancellation and refund policies cited on our Booking Policies Page remain the same.
We will also be offering gift certificates in leu of cancellations if any guests are in a position to accept this method and delay (or you may simply reschedule your trip for later in the season). Gift certificates in leu of cancellations only available for Covid-19 per the following guidelines: 30 days or more out from check in full value, 8-30 days from check in 50% value, within 7 days of check in no gift certificate value and no refund per our normal policies due to unlikely ability for us to re-book the room within a week’s notice.
